With nearly 15 years of experience in the aviation industry, I’ve dedicated my career to enhancing airport efficiency and operations. I co-founded the award-winning CVG Airport Innovation effort and helped invent the patent-pending EASE software. As an advisor with ACI-World, I helped spearhead a global initiative between airlines and airports known as New Experience Travel Technologies (NEXTT). My proven experience in data has driven me to partner with airport leaders to implement groundbreaking data-sharing strategies, including first-of-its-kind data-sharing agreements with the TSA. Partnering with world renown Artificial Intelligence (AI) experts leveraging data to create passenger prediction models for airport security I discovered that AI has so much applicability for airports and can produce amazing results.
